I offer individual, relationship, and family therapy in the state of Kentucky, in-person and online.

Seeking support is a sign of strength and a great way to take care of yourself. Beginning therapy often means that you are ready for change or would like assistance examining something important to you.


Therapy can allow you to make more intentional choices by increasing your awareness and changing your perspective on issues that are plaguing you.

My goal is to offer support as you need it, and only as long as it is beneficial to you. I do not align myself with only one therapeutic model but use an integration of ethical and empirically-informed models that have been found to help with your specific concern.

I believe both compassion and progress should be part of therapy and strive for both.
